Joseph is a Chartered Professional Engineer with over 40 years of experience in Australia and overseas, specialising in infrastructure delivery, water services, and disaster recovery. He currently serves as Principal Supply Engineer at Seqwater, leading strategic planning and securing land to enhance water security for South East Queensland.

An active member of Engineers Australia, Joseph served as Queensland President in 2023 and now represents the state as a delegate to the National Congress. He is especially passionate about advocating for better governance and policy reforms in water, infrastructure, and organisational matters, benefiting both members and the wider community.

Joseph is also a dedicated community leader, having served four years as President of a local community association and as the founding President of Seqwater’s ICON Toastmasters Club.
